How will we proceed?

Participants will experience an interactively managed Assessment Center, where they solve practical tasks (team and individual). The activities are set up to reflect the natural behavior in their solutions.

Based on detailed observation of the participants by the trainers, together with an objective method of evaluating each competence, you will find out which competence each individual needs to improve on. The subsequent development is focused precisely on the needs of the individual. Such development will increase the employee’s performance at work.
